Bellwether Brand Workshopping.

A lot of people confuse brand awareness with brand community. Just because someone knows about, or has even bought something from your business, it doesn't mean that they're part of an engaged community with you. A brand community is made up of people that are emotionally invested in what you do. They follow you on SM, buy your products, show up at your events, tell their friends and family about your business and enjoy seeing what you get up to.

Sounds good right? You'd even be correct in thinking it's essential. But these communities don't launch themselves, they're built. They start small and eventually turn into a movement of their own through organic growth. The Bellwether Brand Workshopping process helps to strengthen your brand and build stronger customer relationships by putting the right foundations in place for just this.

Is this for me?

Previous clients have fondly started referring to this process as ‘brand therapy’.

It gets personal. The better we get to know the people behind a brand, the better we can help to direct and develop that brand. So we’ll be looking to unpack everything about you and and your business. This includes your staff, your hopes and dreams, your product and services, your industry frenemies, sales and finances. NDAs are included.

If this describes your business in anyway, and you’re open to the process, then this is definitely for you.

What to expect.

Brand Workshopping can take many forms (please refer to Bellwether’s Service Rates Card), but here is an example of what you could expect:

3 x 2 hour face-to-face (or online) workshopping sessions:

Usually spaced out over 3-4 weeks, these sessions will be dedicated to defining creative ambitions and deliverables.

1 x Brand strategy doc defining:

Local and aspirational landscape and opportunities. Your brand’s; audience, purpose, vision, mission, values and tone of voice.

1 x Creative execution plan defining:

Next steps to bring the workshop’s desired outcomes to fruition. Please note, this is just the strategy, not the execution thereof.
